Fresh Fruit Kebabs

  • 4 Plums (fresh, ripe) halved and pitted
  • 4 Peaches (fresh, ripe) halved and pitted
  • 4 Nectarines (fresh, ripe) halved and pitted
  • 2 Lemons, juiced
  • 1 tsp Cayenne pepper
  • Mint sprigs (optional)


  1. Cut each fruit into thirds.
  2. Place fruit in a medium bowl, add lemon juice and cayenne pepper; mix well.
  3. Marinate fruit for 1 hour.
  4. On a skewer, alternate fruit wedges; chill.
  5. Garnish with mint sprig, if desired.
