How do I return an item?

By law, we are unable to accept items that have been in contact with personal body fluids.
We accept returns of products ordered from www.TypeFreeDiabetes.com ( also known as www.ImTypeFree.com) within thirty (30) days from the invoice date and pursuant to the required return steps set forth below.
To return something, here’s how you do it!
Steps:
1. Before returning any product you must obtain a return authorization number by contacting a Customer Service Representative at CustomerService@TypeFreeDiabetes.com. A reason for the return must accompany your request.
- For shoe returns, please complete and fax the Return Shoe Form that accompanied your purchase to Customer Service at 1-800-738-5720.
2. All returns must be made within 30 days from the invoice date, and must be in the original box. In cases where the original box and packing are not complete, or any parts and instructions are missing, a restocking fee of 10% may be charged .
3. All returns must be in immediate sell-able condition. That means the not part of the shoes can:
- Be soiled
- Show signs of wear – like scuffed outersoles or scuffed leather or upper material.
- Show creases or wrinkles.
- Be missing – like removable insoles.
If your purchase was paid for by credit card, credit will be issued to that credit card upon receipt of the item returned. E-Check or cash customers will receive a refund check within approximately two weeks of receipt of your return.
If you are returning a product that was received damaged, or shipped in error by TypeFreeDiabetes.com, we will reimburse you the original delivery cost and the cost to ship the product back to us. For any other return, you are responsible for the original delivery costs and the return delivery expense.
